Choosing the right lot involves several factors such as the shape of the lot, the direction of the lot and the neighborhood location. We strive to provide a quiet, desirable neighborhood outside the city limits but close enough to the downtown amenities. 

We start off by scraping the lot down to a solid substrate. Then as we bring  in the pad dirt we compact every 8 inches until we are at the desired height for the pad for the foundation.

We DON'T just bring in dirt and flatten it with a bulldozer and pour a slab.

Framing is where things really start to take shape.  A solid frame is one of the most important aspects to ensure your home is strong enough to withstand time. We insulate all  interior walls including the garage to help reduce energy cost. 

Custom made cabinets, granite counter tops through out, black, silver and/or bronze faucets, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, durable vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances.  

Sheetrock  has rounded bullnose finishes, beautiful crown molding. 

Note: We typically do not put carpet down due to durability and dust that tends to accumulate over time (unless requested.)

Fenced yard with sod and sprinkler system. All homes have back porch area.
